L'appartement a un accès direct aux pistes de ski alpin de l'Espace Diamant et ses 185 km de pistes. Il est à proximité d'un des plus beaux espaces de ski nordiques avec 120 km de pistes.
Il est au pied de chemins de randonnées multiples, ce qui ravira en toutes saisons les grands marcheurs, les pratiquants de de marche en raquettes voir les adeptes de VTT, ainsi que les amoureux de la nature.
Une navette gratuite est disponible au pied de la résidence.

Peaceful location, situated in the “Espace Diamant” ski area in the heart of the French Alps.
Sleeps 8 (3 Bedrooms).

This fantastic apartment is situated on the ground floor of the MGM development “La Perle des Alpes”, Bisanne 1500, Les Saisies. It briefly comprises of kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms (with 180x200 bed), 1 bedroom with 4 individual beds, one bath room, one room with WC and shower, one separate WC, large balcony, ski locker, one parking place for one car inside the underground parking lot.
Les Saisies lies within the Espace Diamant ski area, giving back door access to 185 km of piste, in one of the most snow-sure areas of the French Alps, due to its proximity to Mont Blanc. It is within walking distance of traditional Savoyard restaurants, and benefits from a panoramic 180 degree view of Mont Blanc and the surrounding Beaufortain. The ski area is vast and links into a large area covering 7 local towns and offers skiing for all levels.
Other winter activities include the “Mountain Twister” ride offering a year round 800 meters of descent, dog sledging, snowmobiling and cross country skiing. A free ski-bus operates from the apartments, although the town/shops and restaurants can all be accessed by skiing out of the back door!

Changeover day is Sunday with personalized welcome.

The apartment has a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain views on Mont Blanc, being just perfect for taking breakfast in the morning sun or may be that evening drink.

Coats/Beach:
The lakeside resort of Annecy is approx 40 minutes drive from here. In the summertime Annecy offers boating and swimming in a delightful setting.
Villard sur Dorons offers also a “leisures base” including lakes.

Skiing:
The apartment is skin-in ski-out, with access to the piste being from the back door onto the Espace Diamant ski area. This includes approx 185 km of piste and ecompasses the towns of Les Saisies, Haute Luce, Crest Voland, Notre de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Megève. The slopes in Les Saisies itself offer a range of green to black together with a ski park for jumps. There are various ski hire shops (one within walking distance of the apartment) and excellent ESF and International ski school. Les Saisies itself is a family oriented resort.

Travel:
The nearest airports are Geneva or Grenoble, both of which are approx 90 minutes drive and use of a car is recommended.
There is direct TGV (high speed train) from Paris to Albertville. Albertville and Les Saisies are linked with bus and taxis (representing approx 40 minutes drive).
Driving time from Calais is approx 8 hours.

Further details:
The hamlet of Bisanne 1500 at present offers 3 restaurants, a Champagnes bar, a supermarket (with locally morningly cooked bread) and a ski-hire shop. Ski passes can be bought from here.
The town of Les Saisies is 5 km from the apartment, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarket, butchers, bakeries, tourist information, ATM facilities, ….
There is a free bus service to Les Saisies which runs summer and winter from morning until evening every day.
